At any moment, we have the power to choose who we are, as a possible and perfect Being (a pure existence). This is distinct from who we think we are, or who we've been told by others (parents, siblings, friends or our culture in general) we are. The distinction is a distinction in domains or aspects. We HAVE thoughts and concerns about ourselves in the Elemental Aspect. Others make assessments of us by what we DO in the Essential Aspect. Who we ARE (a verb of BEING) is a possibility in the Existential Aspect. We get to choose, whether we realize it or not. Yes! At any moment, we have the power to choose who we are, as a possible and perfect Being (a pure existence).
